One to one Pilates is perfect for anyone who struggles to find the time to attend a regular class, it can help you achieve specific fitness goals, help reduce back pain and other postural related problems. They are an excellent way to learn the basics of Pilates before you join a class.
At your first one to one appointment I will assess your posture, movement and any other factors so I can plan your sessions to meet your requirements and support your objectives.
I may use pieces of small equipment such as bands, weights and Pilates balls, to add challenge/improve technique/support rehabilitation as required.
